LendingOne, a leading lender for real estate investors, partnered with Yalo to modernize its digital presence and marketing ecosystem. The existing website and UX made it hard to serve multiple audiences while also scaling content, product pages, and lead generation efforts. At the same time, LendingOne wanted a more consistent and flexible brand system that could work across its core brand, the Institutional Investors sub-brand, and offline marketing touchpoints like trade shows.

Yalo led a full digital transformation, refining the brand system and clarifying audience segmentation while keeping the overall identity cohesive. The site got a phased UX/UI overhaul without interrupting lead generation. Modular design patterns and new content frameworks, including a Resource Center and educational templates, gave the platform the flexibility to improve the user journey, support thought leadership, and enable ongoing marketing growth for both retail and institutional audiences.
